Top Dollar Contest
The purpose of Top Dollar is to see who can raise the most money in ONE month! The following are guidelines for you to go by to make sure you get the best out of Top Dollar. The winner can choose between a crown or medallion and the opportunity (if asked) to perform at Coronation.
1. Each contestant is responsible to book their own events at the venue of their choice
2. Each contestant is responsible to inform the coordinator and the treasurer 24 hours of a schedule change.
3. Each contestant must provide the coordinator and the treasurer all dates and locations of events one month prior to beginning of events.
4. You can choose any event you wish to raise money. In other words not all events have to be shows. Think outside the box!
5. All events must be advertised at the venue and on our Facebook page ONE week prior to event. All posters must have the by-line “This is an ISQCCBE Event” on the bottom of the poster.
6. Each contestant who gets a new member will receive “points” towards their dollar amount raised. For example if a contestant gets 2 new members at $15.00 each – that would be 30 “points” added to their total. All membership forms must be mailed in, must have the contestants name on it and be postmarked by September 30.
7. You must contact the show host if you would like to participate in their show. It is at their discretion if they will allow you in there show. If you are in their show you must notify the treasurer/treasurer designee 24 hours prior to the show. You will only be allowed to collect tips for your Top Dollar campaign during your number(s)
8. There is NO working together – each candidate for EOY is individual.
9. If you receive a donation from someone the treasurer must be notified within 48 hours.
10. The winner will be announced at our In-Town/Out of Town Show.
11. Announcement of all candidates will be made by contest coordinator. You can announce that you are participating on any form of social media you like after it is announced by the ISQCCBE.
