The monarchs attended or were represented at 15 Coronation events: Toronto, Iowa, Chicago, Houston, St. Catherine's, Dallas, Las Vegas, Boston, Connecticut, St. Louis, Denver, Buffalo, Lexington, Edmonton and Hamilton-Wentworth.

Designated charities for Reign XIV included AIDS Volunteers of Northern Kentucky, AIDS Volunteers of Cincinnati, Caracole, Inc., The YWCA Breast Cancer Awareness Program and PFLAG of Cincinnati. Many other charities were also assisted during the reign: GLSTEN, UNICEF-Tsunami Relief, the League for Animal Welfare, the Leather Archive Museum, GCAC-Ryan White Committee, The Spina Bifida foundation, the Sierra Montana Fund (for the Chicago Court), Moveable Feast (for the Lexington Court), the Paul Lee Delph Memorial Music Scholarship, the Cincinnati Pride Parade Committee, the Cincinnati Men's Chorus and Hospice of Cincinnati.

The Cincinnati Court sponsored and ISQCCBE Volleyball team through the Cincinnati Alternative Volleyball League and an ISQCCBE Softball team through the River City Softball League.

Caracole, Inc. awarded the ISQCCBE with its "Living Award" for the Court's many years of support. The Gay and Lesbian Community Center presented the ISQCCBE it's "Award of Excellence" for the Cincinnati Court's support of the Pride Alive 2005 Festival and Parade. AIDS Volunteers of Northern Kentucky presented the ISQCCBE with its "Spirit of Healing" award for supporting AVNK's Healing Weekends.

In May 2005, the Indiana Counties of Jefferson and Ripley were added to the ISQCCBE realm.

During Reign XIV, total donations to the charities we have supported since our inception exceeded $500,000.

During August 2005, there were two candidates for Empress, Miss Sylvia and Santana Storm and one candidate for Emperor, Greg Barker. Coronation XV was held on September 10, 2005, tites "Welcome to Tinsel Town…Jump Back into the Boob Tube with a Return to Classic TV…A Page Right Out of History!" Tom and Roberta stepped down and were succeeded by Greg Barker and Miss Sylvia.
