Reign XXII was the first reign to have 10 charities to support: Caracole House, AVNK (AIDS Volunteers of Northern Kentucky), HIV Prevention Project, GLSEN, YWCA Breast Cancer Awareness, Children's Hospital Transgender Unit, PFLAG, My Nose Turns Red, Cincinnati Men's Chorus, and CAWS (Animal Welfare). Reign XXII all raised money for the Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Greater Cincinnati, Cincinnati Homeless Shelter, and the American Red Cross.

The Reign partnered with the Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Greater Cincinnati to purchase the HIV mobile testing unit.

Keeping with their new beginnings, a chili cook-off that attracted members not only from the ISQCCBE but the ICK and other GLBTQA organizations. As well as the first annual Christmas cookie bake off, Drag Fashion show, Annual Wreath Auction and participated in the annual Christmas teddy bear fundraiser. Nationally, they raised money for the ICS food pantry drive and the Jose Sarria Scholarship Fund. They also held the Miss Drag U Out pageant which was created by Freeda and Brooklyn Steele-Tate, the 2nd annual Mr. Mister pageant and raised enough money to purchase 108 backpacks with school supplies for the children of F.A.C.E.They also teamed up with organizations such as Tri-State Leather, Trans Ohio, and the American Suicide Prevention Organization.

In May 2014, Cincinnati had been chosen to host the International Court Council for their fall meeting during coronation weekend with an official state visit from Queen Mother I f the Americas, Empress Nicole the Great.

August 2014 saw the official end of the year or mourning of our founder, Jose Sarria. in this month, the board of directors voted to commission official state regalia for monarch's ICPR's, ICP's and decade monarchs. Along with the regalia, a state pin was commissioned and would be used to represent each reign beginning with Reign XXI and forward.

They attended or were represented at 9 out of town coronations

There were two candidates for monarch, one for Emperor, Sir Steve Lick-a-lotta Steele, and one for Empress, Petty Cash. They stepped down from their ICPR roles. After their election, Keith and Freeda named Owen Cash and Dixie Normous to be their ICPR's for the remainder of the reign.

On October 4, 2014, Keith and Freeda stepped down at the Westin Hotel in downtown Cincinnati in the Presidential Ballroom and were succeeded by Steve and Petty during Coronation XX!!! "From Broadway to the Big Screen."
