Designated charities for the reign were Caracole, Inc., Equality Ohio, GLSEN-Greater Cincinnati, Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio HIV Project, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention-Cincinncati Chapter, and PFLAG. The reign also supported the YWCA Women's Breast Health Program, FACE (For AIDS Children Everywhere), Trans Ohio on behalf of the UC LGBTQ Center and Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio.
The monarchs wanted to have a reign where there could be FUN in FUNdraising and make sure that raising money for the charities would be a fun thing to do, not only for the performers, but for those attending the events as well. The many events held during the reign included shows at most of the area bars, a chili cook-off, Christmas Cookie Bake-off, Annual Wreath Auction, and helping Caracole with Christmas Tree sales. It also included Suicide Prevention Out of Darkness Walk, Caracole's 5K Walk/Run and their Plaid and Paisley Party, and Red Ribbon Hafla Event to benefit Caracole to mention a few.
The reign started with Imperial CrownPrince Royale Rex Rayburn and Imperial Crown Princess Alana Reign. In April, elections were held for Reign XXIV and there were three candidates—Rex Rayburn and Owen Cash for Emperor and Alana Reign for Empress. Owen and Alana were voted in as the next monarchs. Rex remained the ICPR and a new ICPR was appointed by Petty. Rex's real-life princess and partner, Connie Linguist-McCoy.
During Reign XXIII, the International Court System began to mark the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of when World War II Veteran Jose Julio Sarria, The Widow Norton was crowned Absolute Empress I de San Francisco, thus planting the seed of the International Court System that grew into a royal oak tree with branches extending through Canada, the United States of American and Mexico. The celebration began in San Francisco in February 2015 and would culminate in October in Portland, OR for a Royal State Dinner concluding the Golden Jubilee celebrations. The ISQCCBE attended 11 coronations, 9 of which the monarchs attended as well as the Imperial Court of Washington DC's Czar Ball throughout Reign XXIII. During San Diego's Coronation, Sir Steve became the Emperor Rio de Tijuana as he was the reigned Emperor to raise the most money for AIDS Tijuana.
Coronation XXIV "From the Kingdom of Camelot to the Queendom of Country: A Royal Evenin' of Celebration and Pageantry" was held on October 3, 2015 at the Westing Hotel to a sold out crowd. Steve and Petty stepped down and were succeeded by Owen Cash and Alana Reign.
