Designated charities of Reign XXIV would be Heartland Trans Wellness group, GLSEN of greater Cincinnati, HIV Prevention Project, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention-Cincinnati chapter,PFLAG of Greater Cincinnati, YWCA of greater Cincinnati. Reign XXIV also held designated events for the Cat Adoption Team, FACE, Trans Ohio on behalf of the UC LGBTQ Center, and the Cincinnati Film Society.

Together, both Owen and Alana would be the first transgender monarchs to the ISQCCBE and Alana would serve as a first African-American monarch. Reign XXIV carried on the tradition of the past reigns with things like the chili cook off weekend with the flame Chris Kringle Christmas cookie bake off, and your wreath option, caracole Christmas tree sale, the bearded lady show, the American foundation for suicide prevention out of the walk out of the darkness walk, Caracole's 5K for AIDS and their Party in Plaid, Platinum and Punk, along with the Red Ribbon Haffa event. They also started new traditions such as the Caracole Toiletry drive to benefit the residents and those served by caracole. It was also during Reign 24 that the Fire and Ice scholarship was established to encourage advanced education for individuals involved in the LGBT community. The ISQCCBE suffered a tremendous loss in March with the passing of the prince Ultima to the House of Diamonds, "Daddy" Howard Sharon, and the closing of his bar, Shooters. While this was a tremendous loss for the court, we took this tragedy and used it as an opportunity to grow and expand as a court and were able to start doing shows at Simon Says, early shows at the cabaret, and the early show on the second Thursday of each month at Old street. In June, the Board of Directors took a stand for the transgender community and moved the board meetings from the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County to the offices of Caracole, after the board of trustees for the library refused transgender health benefits to their employees. Reign XXIV had representation at 17 coronations: Chicago, Portland, Boston, Houston, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Buffalo, Albuquerque, Lexington, Hamilton – the waterfall Empire, Indiana, Washington DC, San Diego, Oklahoma, Reno, San Antonio, and the Board of Directors Ball in iowa.

In July, elections for emperor and empress were held and there were three candidates, one for Emporer—Scot Fromeyer, two for Empress— Truly Scrumptious-St. James and Molly Mormen. On July 31 at the Westin hotel, during the first annual ICP ball, Scot Fromeyer and Molly Mormen were elected and would be known as the imperial monarchs elect. Coronation XXV, "Masquerade: A Night with Andrew Lloyd Webber" was held on October 8, 2016 at the Westin Hotel celebrating the beginning of the quarter silver jubilee as emperor 20 for Owen Cash and Empress 24 Alana Reign stepped down and succeeded by Scott and Molly.
