Reign 25 was the first reign of the ISQCCBE to raise more than $100,000 during their year, bringing total donations for the court to more than 1.2 million since its inception in 1990.

Scot and Molly followed through on campaign promises that included, but we're not limited to, the addition of family-friendly events, the return of the Glammys, local media coverage of the events, participation in multiple pride festivals, and much more. Like others before it, Reign XXV was a reign of firsts! While reigning as emperor, Scot also served as the first openly gay elected politician in ISQCCBE history and during the reign, Molly also became a founding member of the Cincinnati Sisters, a mission house of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, making her Cincinnati's first Sister Empress and the third known Sister Empress over the history of the ICS. Reign XXV was also the first organization to host Drag Queen Story Hour in Ohio with local children and their families. Scot and Molly were the first ISQCCBE monarchs to have entries in the Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky Pride Parades. Throughout the year the monarchs Avenue events like the red entire red dress the fair and the Miss Cincinnati business pageant to introduced the court to new organizations and expand its presence within the community.

Together, Scot and Molly attended or were represented at 11 coronations across the United States and Canada. Prior to their step down both Scot and Molly were named half monarchs: Scot as Half Emperor to Emperor 31 Henry Bastos of New York City, and Molly has Half Empress to Empress to Shaila Cavalli of Indiana. Together along with the College of Monarchs and the Board of Directors, Scot and Molly kicked off coronation week with the Court's first ever community awards and appreciation banquet:, held at the Hilton Garden Inn in West Chester on Wednesday, October 4 Court, which was followed by the traditional in town and out of town events the week of coronation. On Saturday, October 7, 2017, Scott and Molly stepped down as Cincinnati's Silver Jubilee monarchs in the Presidential Ballroom of the Westin hotel and we're succeeded by Sir Steve Licka-Lotta Steele and Brooklyn Steele-Tate, who ran unopposed and were elected at the second annual ICP ball on July 30 of 2017.
