This reign began the format currently used the the Courts annual Celebrity t-shirt auction. The "Miss Magical Makeover" competition was also started. The American Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFAR) was incorporated as a benefactor of the Court's work and also branched out the fundraising activities into Butler and Montgomery Counties in Ohio for charities in those areas.
Their reign attended 19 coronations, including Regina, Colorado Springs, Minneapolis, Vancouver BC, Denver and Salt Lake City.
During the summer of 1994, there was one candidate for Emperor, Jim "Spike" Taylor and two candidates for Empress, Jamie Clay and T. C. More.
