In keeping with the designation of the Court of Remembrance, each fundraiser during Reign XIII was dedicated to someone who we have loved and lost. The monarchs attended or were represented at ten coronation events: Chicago, Denver, Louisville, Las Vegas, Buffalo, Lexington, Toronto and Rhode Island.

Truly and Jay's designated charities included AIDS Volunteers of Northern Kentucky, AIDS Volunteers of Cincinnati, Caracole, Inc., and YWCA Breast Cancer Awareness.. Reign XIII developed a new relationship with the following organizations: PFLAG, Miami University, The Lab on Main and The Madison in Covington, and Absolutely 4 Food. New events pursued during the Reign included a Member of the Year Contest and the Glimmering Grammy Awards which acknowledged the significant contributions of those in our community.

In August 2004, there was one candidate for Emperor, Tom Wherry and one candidate for Empress, Roberta Bigg. Coronation XIV was held on September 11, 2004 titled "Back to Broadway: A Tour of Classic Broadway Musicals." Truly and Jay stepped down and were succeeded by Tom Wherry and Roberta Bigg.
