Designated charities included AIDS Volunteers of Cincinnati, Caracoe, Inc., The YWCA Breast Cancer Awareness program and PFLAG Cincinnati. Other charities assisted were BLSTEN, the League for Animal Welfare, the Leather Archive Museum, the Paul Lee Delph Memorial Music Scholarship Fund and the Cincinnati Gay Lesbian Bisexual and Transgender Community Center (for the Pride Parade committee) The Court also sponsored a Volley Team and Softball t3eam.

Reign XV continued it's relationship with the Funnybone Comedy Club in Newport with it's second annual pride fundraiser.

The Monarchs attended or were represented at many coronations, including: Boston, New York, Buffalo, Iowa, Chicago, Hamilton Ontario, Lexington, Portland, Toronto and Connecticut. During Reign XV, total donations to the charities exceeded $650,000.

During August, there were two candidates for Emperor, Mike Burke and Bobby Kettenaccker and one candidate fr Empress, Brooklyn Steele-Tate. There were several firsts for this coronation week including First Tuesday event and our first Out of Town show on a riverboat. Coronation XVI "Cell Block Tango Review, Way Off Broadway Queen City Style!" was held at the Southgate House in Newport on September 10, 2006. Greg and Sylvia stepped down and were succeeded by Bobby Kettenacker and Brooklyn Steele-Tate.
