Wayne and Kate began the Court's Art Auction and Casino Night. During the reign, the Miss Queen City pageant became a Court event as well. ICP's, Owen and Cricket, started the Court's celebrity t-shirt auction. Kate and Wayne incorporated AIDS Voluteers of Cincinnati (AVOC) as a designated charity.
Their reign attended 13 coronations, including Calgary, Edmonton, Boise and Hamilton.
During the summer of 1993, there were two candidates for Emperor; Doug Moore and Kevin Raleigh, and two candidates for Empress; Cricket and Jamie Clay. On August 20, 1993, Coronation III was held and was titled "How the West Was Fun." Wayne and Kate stepped down and were succeeded by Kevin Raleigh and Cricket.
